Works involved full site topsoil strip of approx. 20,000m2 and full processing and screening to remove all shallow limestone material to produce a suitable quality topsoil for use in final landscaping to the properties.

The works also included excavation of attenuation ponds and, formation of site bunds.

Finally we were instructed to carry out screening of surplus excavated and construction waste from site stockpiles for re-use on site.
