Contract Overview

Following a successful working partnership on a SEND school project in Boston, Daniel Charles were awarded the full package of works at St Christophers in Lincoln. The works included full design & 3D modelling for the site cut & fill to ensure a balanced calculation and eliminate the need for cart way to landfill. The works also included mass fill, strip and pad foundations, Internal & external drainage, internal floor slabs, hydrotherapy pool construction, large external works including tarmac, soft landscaping, large surface water crate attenuation, package pump station and associated services.
